Overview

INCREMNT ("the App") is a workout tracking application that respects your privacy. Your workout data is stored locally on your device. We only collect anonymous usage analytics if you explicitly opt in.

Local Data

Your workout history, programs, and settings are stored on your device using local storage. This data:

Usage Analytics (Opt-In)

When you first use the app, we ask whether you'd like to share anonymous usage data to help us improve INCREMNT. This is entirely optional and you can change your choice at any time in Settings.

Analytics data is processed by PostHog, hosted in the EU. All data is associated with a random anonymous identifier that cannot be linked back to you.

Apple Health

If you grant permission, the App reads heart rate and calorie data during workouts and writes workout summaries to Apple Health. This data is handled entirely by Apple's HealthKit framework and is governed by Apple's privacy policy. We never send your health data to our servers or any third party.

Strava

If you connect your Strava account, completed workouts can be synced to Strava. This is optional and can be disconnected at any time in Settings. Data shared with Strava is governed by Strava's privacy policy.

Apple Calendar

If you grant permission, the App can sync your scheduled workouts to Apple Calendar. No calendar data is sent to us or any third party.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to how we handle your data, we will update this privacy policy and note the date of the change above.

Your Rights

You can revoke analytics consent at any time by toggling "Share Usage Data" off in Settings. You can revoke Apple Health, Strava, and Calendar access through your device's system settings. Since analytics data is anonymous, we cannot identify or delete data associated with a specific user.
