Using INCREMNT
By using INCREMNT you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use INCREMNT. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your credentials. If you think someone has accessed your account, email us immediately.
We can suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
Your data
You own your workout data. We store it to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how we use it.
When you delete your account, we delete your data from our servers. Local data on your device is not affected.
AI coaching
AI coaching features are provided for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, personal training, or physiotherapy. Always consult a qualified professional before making changes to your training based on AI suggestions.
AI responses are generated by a third-party service (OpenRouter) and may contain inaccuracies. We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
Community guidelines
INCREMNT's social features let you share workouts, post updates, and interact with other users. When using these features:
- Be respectful. No harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech.
- Don't post spam, ads, or irrelevant promotional content.
- Don't post explicit, violent, or illegal content.
- Don't impersonate other people.
- Don't share other people's personal information without consent.
- Don't use the platform to sell supplements, programs, or services without permission.
We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines. Use the Report and Block features if you encounter problematic content or users.
Content you post
You keep ownership of content you post (photos, captions, comments). By posting, you grant INCREMNT a license to display it within the app and related services (the feed, notifications, the web dashboard).
You can delete your posts at any time. When you delete your account, your posts are removed.
What we provide
INCREMNT is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service running and your data safe, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime or that bugs won't happen.
We're not liable for data loss, missed workouts, incorrect AI advice, or anything that happens as a result of using the app. Use your own judgment in the gym.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date above. Continued use of INCREMNT after changes means you accept the new terms.
